Norbert Nwankwo is an computational biomedical scientist and the principal investigator of the planned Computer-Aided Drug
Resistance Calculator (CADRC) Research Initiative in Dallas, Texas. Norbert is the inventor of the patented technology,
Computer-Aided Drug Resistance Calculator (US11227559B2) and a campaigner for the establishment of “Centers for the
Calculation of Biological Functionalities”. Norbert founded Felbex, a Dallas-based registered entity that serves as the institutional
home for two academic and research-focused scientific programs: the Computer-Aided Drug Resistance Calculator (CADRC)
Initiative, envisaged to further research on computer-assisted drug resistance; and the Center for Computational Biological
Functionality (CCBF).
Felbex provides the administrative and organizational foundation that supports these scientific efforts, while ownership of the
underlying intellectual property remains with the current recorded assignees at the United States Patent and Trademark Office
(USPTO).
